Mark Family 100th Reunion Weekend Highlights!
Here’s a quick look at what’s planned for our special reunion weekend:
Saturday Afternoon:
We’ll visit Vesta Marks’ former home, the Mark Farm! A huge thank you to Gordon & Emily for graciously opening their home to us. We’ll also enjoy a good old-fashioned ice cream social with homemade ice cream! To help them prepare enough, RSVP if you plan to come for ice cream! 
Saturday Evening:
Meet at the schoolhouse for a showing of “West to Oregon,” the same documentary featured at the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Baker. It’s informative, inspiring, and a perfect nod to our roots. We’ll have popcorn, snacks, and plenty of time to visit!
Sunday:
Our traditional reunion potluck will be held at the schoolhouse, and this year we’ll have a special tribute honoring former Mark Family Reunion President, Larry McRae.
Email invites will be going out shortly and the printed invites are at the printers. I am expecting they will be going out in the next week or so, so please share this flyer with family members and friends that might be interested.
If you know of any family members that are NOT on the family mailing list (email or snail mail) but would like to be, drop me a line at erin@markprairieheritage.org and I will add them and send them a physical invite or an email, whichever they would prefer!!
